Jom masak2..

Harini genap 13 hari kita berpuasa.. Alhamdulillah.. masih penuh pose saye...hehehe.. tp dah dekat2 ujung bulan ni.. bahye2.. harap2 takde la kene ganti pose byk2 cam taun2 lepas.. huhuhu...

Kalau dah berpuasa maksudnya banyak la resepi-resepi yang kuar dari gerobok saye.. hahaha.. takde la best mane pon resepi tu.. resepi basic dari bonda tercinta je.. ade gak yg saye copet kat intenet.. ekekeke..

Bubur lambuk..
Masak masa minggu pertama puasa.. makan sekali dgn begedil ayam.. sedap2.. tak ingat hari apa makan bubur ni.. masak sikit je sebab tak semua layan sangat bubur.. semua more to makan nasik je.. takpe la.. nak hilangkan rase kempunan jek.. bubur ni saye copet resepi mak tapi modify a bit dengan tambah santan sket..nak bagi berlemak je.. ish3.. ape lemak2 nehhh!! E-day is just around da corner.. jangan le kumpul lemak! hahaha.. takpe.. sket je.. :p (gambo takde.. lupe.. huhuhu)

Kuah dalca + ayam masak merah..
Lauk untuk nasi minyak hujan panas yang ani masak.. resepi from her abang.. as usual resepi kuah dalca mesti la datang dari my mom.. sedap2.. sume perencah ade dalam.. ayam+terung+ubi kentang+kacang panjang+lobak merah.. hehehe.. kenyang2... saye reti masak ayam masak merah je sebenarnye.. yang lain2 tu tak dapek la.. hehe.. kali ni ayam masak merah ni cam pedas sket.. aiyooo.. berasap telinga.. hik hik hik...

Kuih vadai (yang saye kate saye nak buat jugak tu..)
Jeng..jeng..jeng.. kuih kegemaran ku dari dulu hingga kini.. gigih jugak cari resepi thru intenet.. rasa cam ala2 betul je tu, saye pon salin la dalam kertas.. jadi ke? harus laaaa jadi! hehehe.. walaupun a bit garing n keras ngan takde daun karinye, saya puas hati sbb dapat makan... teringin sangat2.. ada lagi satu adunan dalam peti sejuk.. kalau rajin, saye buat lagi sekai harini... hehehe..

Saye sgt suke cupcakes.. especially cupcakes yg comey2.. hehehe.. penah dah order few cupcakes yg comey2 utk diberikan kpd org2 tersayang.. and ade jugak 2-3 contact yg boleh buat cupcakes ni.. so, me skang cam berbelah bagi nak order kat sape cupcakes ni.. either makbee or kak zaza coz both of them sgt pandai wat cupcakes yg cantek2 n comey2.. takpe2.. later on saye pikir n decide.. :)

for cupcakes.. of course saye nak tema die turquoise and white kan.. hehehe.. then, ingat nak letak shape blue gerberas yg saye suke sgt2.. ape itu blue gerberas? jeng jeng jeng. dunno whether gerberas and daisies are the same flower or not but rupe diorang same jek... saye mmg suke gerberas @ daisies ni.. suke sgt2.. kalu leh merata2 nak letak gerberas ni tapi tak dapek la kan.. hehehe.. penah ade skali tu, sbb saye suke sgt bunga ni, Abang penah sambut saye kt epot ngan a bouquet of red n orange daisies + red roses.. suke gilaaaakkk!! malu kejap.. ohohoho.. enuf2 of reminiscing old memories (it's not that old laaah.. hik hik hik..) even kat umah saye pon ade sepasu red daisies yg skang tak tau la ape cite die (ni pon Abang yg hadiahkan.. hehehe).. so, leh agak dah kan betapa la saye suke sgt kat bunge ni.. hehehe... that's why i seriously want them on my cupcakes!!! :p

~ Cake ~
Dah ade cupcake then nape nak letak kek jugak? tak tahu lah.. if ikut plan asal, me nak letak kek lapis (kunun2 cam rare la sket) tapi bila pikir2 balik, me takut kek tu tak tahan sbb me kan balik 1 week before raya.. so, macam kene tahan seminggu.. dah la tak tau kot kek tu dah dok dlm peti sejuk selama mana.. bende kite nak bagi kat org mestilah fresh kan.. so, i decide to choose either choc moist cake makbee yg sedap tahap gaban or figure fondant cake by kak zaza.. i tak penah rase fondant cake kak zaza, but tgk kepada komen2 customers die macam agak memberangsangkan.. so, why not I gove it a try kan.. hehehe.. lagipon all her designs on figures sangat la cantek n comey... terasa sayang pulak nak makan coz cantek sangat! tapi my fren ade gak ckp fondant tak best sbb icing die keras n tak sedap.. it's more kepada cantek je la.. but not to its taste.. mmmmm... sye dah berbelah bagi dah ni.. :(

tapi takpelah.. since bende ni tak finalize lagi.. me nak cite pasal ideas on my fondant cake later.. ingat nak follow je design yag kak zaza penah buat.. tapi my fren cakap cam too childish.. lagipon nak letak as hantaran kan.. then, i jumpe few pictures on wedding cakes.. so, tetibe rase cam nak gune tema 2 love birds pulak.. hehehe.. cam comey kan.. but the theme colour is still on turquoise and white jugak.. tak nak kaler len.. :)

Adekah saye akan berjaya mendapatkan cupcakes n cake idaman untuk hantaran saye ni? Wallahualam.. Ni baru planning je.. Tindakan belum dibuat lagi.. InsyaAllah dalam minggu ni me nak start contact mereka2 yg berkenaan regarding these 2 things.. Hopefully everything will go well later.. My E-ring..

mmmm.. the most important item in my E-checklist.. huhuhu.. the E-ring.. dah beli ke? harus le belumm.. huhuhu.. E-day is just 1 month away and cincin pon tak penah gi survey.. isk.. isk.. isk.. Malang tul naseb duk kat pedalaman ni.. nak kuar dah le susah.. nak gi survey2 ngan kekasih tercinta harus le tak dapat.. huhuhu... so, nak survey kat mane ni?

Last few days Abang bring up this issue.. serius la jugak rupenye isu ni.. for me, I rase sempat je if nak gi beli mase 1 week before raye tu sbb me balik KL on 3rd Sept.. I'm not the kind yang sgt2 cerewet bile membeli.. me senang sket nak puas hati but bende tu kene betul2 ngan my taste la.. since he suggest me to survey via internet, so me pon cari lah dengan gigihnye.. Surprisingly he said that he wanted the ring to be blue/turquoise in colour to match my E-theme.. mmmm.. bole tahan gak mamat sorang ni punye idea.. hehehe...

So, I've surveyed a lot of blue stone's rings in the internet.. Habib jewels has some of it and maybe we'll go survey at Habib later... rase tak sabar dah pulak.. So, here goes some of my favourite design on blue stone's rings.. jeng..jeng..jeng..

sapphire blue stones... the left one is from Habib.. Abang ckp cantek sgt.. the other 2 i copet kat intenet.. yg belah kanan tu sgt cantek laaaaa.. *drools*

blue topaz stones... warne slightly lighter than sapphire..tp susah nk cari yg single stones.. dkat Habib macam takde jek.. maybe kene survey tmpt lain kot.. pic2 sume cekau dr google sajerkk.. yg paling kanan pon canteeekkk~ *drools lagi*

Will I find my dream E-ring nanti? Tak tahu lah... hopefully takde masalah la nanti.. I have the design that I like and hopefully senang la nak cari nnt.. til then, I'll keep my finger crossed.. hehehe... trulululu~

Dalam proses...

Since my E-day is just around the corner.. (tinggal sebulan je lagi), I need to setel my E-checklist la.. Few days back saye dah discus ngan Abang about pelamin.. Then, I asked my fren, Nik about my doorgift.. Seems like everything is still under process.. Hopefully by end of Ramadhan, everything will be settled.. huhuhu…

Da’ Pelamin…

I’ve discussed wif Abang regarding the pelamin.. Mule2 takut gak if abang tak setuju nak buat. Me just try my luck je tanye die directly.. Then die kate, buatlah tapi simple2 je.. Pikir2 gak sape nak pasang2 n deko pelamin and all? Takkan Abang jugak? Huhuhu.. then, bile nak balik raye n nak datang KL balik.. Then kene turun Melaka balik sbb nak bawak rombongan from Melaka? Iskkk... banyak la pulak kejenye.. Abang cakap, barang2 semua dia ada.. so, just gune je (leh save budget dah kan..).. I showed some of my ideas on pelamin.. I showed the one yg I nak (the one wif pomanders gayut2 tu.. hehehe..) and his reaction was “Amboi… nak grand jek!”.. Hahaha.. I dun care.. I want that design jugakkk! Hehehe…

Persoalannye skang, where can I get the pomanders for my pelamin.. I have asked around.. Shayu said that she has 2 white pomanders.. tapi saye nak kaler biru/turquoise.. Then I browse thru mudah.my n jumpe ade 2 dealer yg wat pomanders ni.. siap dh mintak quotation dah.. then, bile get back to abang, he said perlu ke beli? Lohhh.. mane le saye tau? Kalau takde, means kene la beli.. pastu die ckp later die tny kawan2 dia kalau ade.. cari la nnt kat mane2.. isk.. cakap le awal2.. kite beria dah cari kat intenet segala.. huhuhu.. cool2.. rilek2.. so, idea dah masuk kat kepala Abang.. barang2 die setelkan.. nanti die jugak yg pasang kot.. xpe la.. pasang awal2.. ngadap la pelamin tu dulu masa raya nanti.. hahaha...

Da’ Doorgift...

Last few days saye jejak Nik thru email kwn kat RHB since Nik masih keja kat sane and just tuka department je.. Nasib baik jumpe.. rupe2nye die tak jenguk pon my message kat fesbuk.. cessss... padan le takdok respon langsung! Huhuhu.. I showed her the design yang I nak for my E-day doorgifts. 3 biji coklat with wordings turquoise in colour.. then ade touch of white sket2.. apekah wordings itu? Tunggguuuu… later dah dpt choc sok, me update the picca kay.. hehehe..

doorgift tu lebey kurg mcm ni la.. but different shape n kotak.. hehehe :)

After few days of discussion and Nik dah survey for kotak and all, then tadi baru dpt kate sepakat.. Alhamdulillah… does RM3 for a doorgift seems a lot? I put my budget for the doorgifts also around that price.. So, hopefully xde la rase mahal sgt.. takpelah.. Kire macam sedekah untuk hari raya jugak la tu.. tapi 100 je la.. first come first serve la kan.. hehehe...

So, itu je dulu pasal my pelamin n doorgift.. later on nak update about the most important item in my E-checklist.. apekah itu? tungguuuuuuuu.. till then, trulululu~

Dia muncul kembali...

Today is the 1st Ramadhan... Masuk ni dah 2 tahun berpuasa kat Muding aka hutan belantara ni.. Tak lame lagi orang ckp dah nak stat musim kemarau dah. if berpuasa dalam kemarau, besar betul dugaannya.. Harap2 diri ni kuat semangat menempuh dugaan dari-Nya.. InsyaAllah...

Dah masuk bulan pose, meaning tinggal cukup2 sebulan je lagi before my E-Day... makin nervous lak dibuatnya.. I guess I should have started worrying about my checklist ni.. Few days back dah diskus sket2 ngan few people yg bertanggungjawab utk menjayakan my E-day ni... InsyaAllah, if semua kerja kita buat sama2.. insyaAllah ia akan berjalan lancar... Later i'll update on few of things that I've been doing or things that have been discussed.. kumpul material dulu.. perghh! cam nak buat thesis.. ekekeke...

Dis year is the 2nd Ramadhan for me and Abang.. if ikutkan, our relationship has reached more than a year already... Most of bulan pose, me memang pose kat Muding n 1 week before raya je me balik KL.. by that time baru la sempat nak bukak pose same2.. most of the time update stori hanya thru YM and facebook saje.. Kesian jugak my Abang ni coz dis year die berpuasa sendirian since his housemate, Apal kan dah kawen ngan my fren, Atin.. So, die sorang2 je la kat umah tu.. sedey jugak kadang2 dengar cite die.. buke pose pon sorang2.. if ade orang ajak, then barulah buke pose same2.. Takpe lah.. ayat biase die " Takpe, abang dah biase..".. sayu betul hati bile dengar.. Takpe, next 2 years kite pose same2 ye bang... :)

iftar last year.. dua2 demok2 kan.. hik hik hik... :p

Seperti biase, bile dah masuk bulan Ramadhan mesti pikir apalah juadah2 yang best2 utk berbuka ye? Dis week kitorg miskin sket coz stok barang makan semua dah habis.. Ayam pun tinggal sekali makan jek.. huhuhu... harini pulak rase cam my turn untuk masak... Agak2, kalau me masak bubur lambuk je sedey tak? huhuhu... takpe la.. ni baru kul 3pm, later diskus la ngan diorang utk makan ape.. :)

next week saye nak buat ini... VADAI.. my feveret kuih.. tak kire.. nak jugak! :p

Napelah sang pencinta menghilangkan diri lame2 ek? huhuhu.. lots of work lately n xberapa sehat... Last weekend my mom n sis tuwun kuching.. yeayyy!!! me booked hotel lambat sgt n dapat hotel basic jerk.. sedey2.. sian my mom x dpt tido ngan selesa.. but she said it's ok.. biase la.. mesti ok je kan.. gladly they just stayed @ Kuching for 2 nites only. huhuhu.. on Saturday we went to Serikin (syurga membeli-belah utk org2 Semenanjung kat Swak.. hehehe)... That day was very hot n i've prepared hats for mom n sis plus portable fan.. hik hik hik..

on our way to Serikin. OMG! dabel chin nampak!! demoknye saye.. huhu

Banyak ke brg kitorg beli? of course laaaaa.. 1st tme smpi kan.. my mom borong langsir n sepasang telekung.. plus ade alas2 meja (sulaman tangan n sgt2 cantik).. my sis dpt baju nikah (fyi die nak kawen bln 2 next year.. hehehe).. die sgt2 puas ati coz the lace was 4 metre and @ RM75 jerk.. very rare kat Serikin tu n sgt susah nk cari.. rezki die dah tu... Alhamdulillah... sgt excited okayyy my sis tu.. hehehe.. baguslah.. =)

Then, yg paling sedih is that my mom tetibe demam teruk dat nite.. bawak gi Klinik Kotaraya @ Satok n doc bagi ubat yg sgt byk.. my mom high fever plus sakit perut.. sian sgt2.. dah la tmpt tido x best then demam pulak.. me rasa bersalah sgt2... That nite, we had our dinner @ Barok Village near Matang.. sedap jugak dpt makan set seafood ni skali skala (maklum la me kan dok dlm hutan je all this while..huhuhu..)

our dinner dat nite.. nampak tak saye tgh rakus makan satay? ooo.. demok2..

The next morning, my mom still not feeling well.. demam makin kuat.. apekah??? ubat ape yg docbg mlm td? tak berkesan lgsg.. iskkk.. me kesian ngn my mom coz she doesn't have any appetite to eat her breakfast.. then, me pikir2 it's better if i let her rest @ my umah sewa kat Malihah while me n my sis went to buy few more things.. me pun kene beli brg2 nak bawak balik Muding.. (ade pesanan dari mak2 ni suh beli brg2 utk anak2 diorg.. so nak tak nak, kene la belikan jugak.. huhuhu)..

After sending off my mom to my house @ Matang, me n my sis drove off to Waterfront.. jalan tutup la pulak due to Regatta.. iskk.. then we parked @ Saujana then jln dari sana.. from India Street to Waterfront.. masuk every single store (my sis insist to).. huhuhu.. penat2.. she grabbed few souvenirs and t-shirts for her BF.. couple-T okay.. fineeee! hehehe... I also grabbed few things such as tudungs n all.. tudung ape? hehehe.. syria n 2 shawls.. auwwwww! the new ME kah?? hik hik hik.. :p


Then, we went to watch the Regatta @ Waterfront... punye la rmi manusia.. eeee.. dah la panas terik then rmi org.. sbb penat n tak larat sangat2, we all gerak balik umah around 3pm.. At least bole rehat sekejap before gerak ke Airport around 4.30pm... After check-in everything, I sent them off smpi masuk kat dalam balai berlepas then me gerak balik umah by taxi.. kul 6 sampai umah n me trus tido...

watching Regatta @ Waterfront.. kayuh bang jgn tak kayuh! :p

Thanx to Mom n Along coz spend time with me @ Kuching walaupun sekejap je.. sori sgt2 for the bad hospitality.. Na akan perbaiki nanti if later in the future u guys nak turun sini.. make sure dok Kuching lame sket kay! leh jalan2 banyak2 tempat lagi.. hehehe.. Till then, sang pencinta sign off dulu.. (sakit kepala sgt2 sbnrnye ni.. huhuhu)
